Do I need a costume?

Yes, you do need a costume, but if you don’t have one, you’re still welcome to come wearing a mask. A mask is all we ask, and every guest is required to wear one upon entry. If you arrive without a mask, you can purchase one at the gate.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 8:00pm and the main room starts at 9:00pm. Entry closes at 1:00am. The shortest queues are before 10:30pm.

How do I get my ticket?

The moment your payment is confirmed we email your QR ticket and receipt, and both appear in your dashboard. You can show the QR from your phone screen, no printing required.

Can one person bring several tickets?

Yes. Buy up to ten in one order and each guest gets their own QR code. Each code scans once, so send each guest their own.

Question 5

What if my phone dies at the door?

Give our door staff the ticket code printed on your receipt (it looks like HCP-4KTX-9MPQ) and they can look you up manually.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable up to 48 hours before doors. Email us and we will re-issue the QR to your guest, which invalidates the old one.

Which payment methods work?

Accepted Answer

Card, bank transfer, USSD and mobile money, all through Paystack. We never see or store your card details.

Is there parking?

Street parking on Broad Street is limited after 9:00pm. Ride-hailing drop-off is directly in front of the venue.
